A group of young business people has bought 1,000 copies of Hege Storhaug’s book “Islam. The 11th plague, “which will be distributed to the country’s libraries, the newspaper Finance writes.

Demand is so great that people have to wait for months to borrow the book at libraries that have purchased the books, because Storhaug was too late to apply for the grant from the Culture Council purchasing system. Deichmanske bibliotek in Oslo states  that they have 222 people on the waiting list for its 24 copies of the book.

– We’ve talked about doing this for a while, the terrorist attack in Nice made us decide to take this initiative now ,  a representative of the group says. None of the members, who are highly educated men and women aged 25 to 40 years, want their names in print. They fear the consequences for themselves, their families and a possible visa denial.

– We have all traveled a lot, and many of us travel frequently to Muslim countries, where we have seen how dysfunctional these communities are, says the representative.
In January  a Norwegian investor   bought  4,000 copies to distribute to politicians and journalists.
The book, which was published last fall, has now been printed in a total of 48,000 copies.
