The patients with cancer no longer need to take strong doses of chemotherapy if they are drinking coffee every day.

According to the research result from the University of Tromsø (UiT), Caffeine may prevent chemotherapy by transporting out of the cancer cells and help the cancer drug remaining in the cells.

– When caffeine inhibits cells from getting rid of the medicine you can give the patient less chemo and still get better effect, says researcher Lena Aronsen from UiT.

The effect on cell pumps occurs by concentrations achieved by a normal intake of coffee.
It was also discovered in the same research project that how coffee consumption affects our risk of blood clots. If you drink three to six cups of coffee daily then it there will be 30 percent lower risk of blood clots compared to those who did not drink coffee, showed on a survey where 27,000 people took part in a period of ten years.
