14 percent of all working women work part-time, while only six percent of men do the same, shows a new study.
A new survey Norstat and Opinion have made for Finn.no reveals that there are still large gender gaps in the labor market, both in terms of salary and job level.
6 percent of the women in the survey said they earn between NOK 500,000 and 700,000 respectively. By comparison,  18 percent of the men in the same income group.
While 24 percent of the men who work say they have leadership positions, only 10 percent of  the women reply that they have those kinds of  positions.
The proportion of men and women working part-time has remained stable in recent years, according to the survey.
