DNB increased mortgage rates for customers who want a three or five year binding period.
The interest rate with the three year binding increased by 0.15 percentage points to 2.30 percent for ordinary customers.
For customers between 18 and 33 years, BLU-customers, the interest rate was increased by 0.20 percentage points to 2.15 percent. The rent with a 10-year binding period kept unchanged at 2.95 percent for ordinary customers and 2.85 for BLU-customer, reports E24.
– Price adjustment on fixed-rate loans is due to the long rise in the money market rents lately, says communications consultant Andreas Nyheim in DNB.
DNB makes no changes in the floating interest rate. Last week Nordea put up its floating mortgage rate by up to 0.2 percentage points for some customers.
