DNB ends up at the bottom in terms of customer satisfaction and trust in a recent study from BI.

The research Norwegian Customer Satisfaction Barometer run by BI measures how satisfied customers are with various companies. In the last survey, which was executed before revelations about Panama Papers,  DNB scored the lowest among the banks, with 66.8 points, down from 69.5 points in 2015, writes Dagens Næringsliv.
– Confidence is down to 67 points. This is surely an emergency and should be a “big warning” to management, says Pål Silseth, associate professor at BI and project manager for the customer barometer.
He believes that customer satisfaction in DNB  was in “free fall” even before the Panama scandal. 9094 consumers are asked how satisfied they are with companies they are regular customers of  in this survey. The data collection period was from January to March 2016.
