DNB apologize to customers after there were problems logging into online banking during the weekend.
Sunday night DNB’s online banking was inoperative for the second time during the weekend.
The error was reported around 19.50 and wasn’t until 23.10 that the bank could announce that the mistake was corrected, according to the newspaper Nettavisen.
– Everything seems to be back to normal, and customer’s should no longer be experiencing irregularities. I don’t know exactly what the error was, said Communications Marit E. Giske from DNB.
DNB, which is the largest bank in Norway and has 1.3 million users, also had problems with online banking on Friday.
