Both Prime Minister Erna Solberg and Statoil CEO Eldar Saetre think oil prices will go up again. But the question is when.

Thursday dropped the price of North Sea oil to below $ 33 a barrel, and for the Norwegian economy the consequences could be serious.
Prime Minister Erna Solberg is however optimistic:
Oil prices are going to go up. But it’s not going to be as high as it has been, it is there no analysts who believe, says Solberg told the newspaper Dagens Næringsliv. She warns against drawing conclusions on the basis of a few weeks.
I have been with the oil prices at eleven dollars a barrel. We have to be patient even if the prices will change up and down, “she said.
Statoil chief Eldar Saetre also believe oil prices will go up again soon.
But it can be really bad for a long time, “he told DN.
