Employers in Finnmark will be missing 900 workers in 2016, according to a survey from Nav.
Nav Finnmark annual business survey shows that the need for skills is great, and that it is increasing. Compared with last year, has the labor shortage increased by one third.
The labor shortage is greatest in the health care industry, building and construction, and in teaching. Here estimates thecompanies and businesses in the county that the labor shortage will be doubled.
