This is because of a stricter enforcement of the ban on advertising of alcohol , writes the newspaper Aftenposten.
The stickers covering over a so-called QR code which customers can read by  the mobile phone. The codes are sending customers to sites that may have a content that the Directorate of Health has banned.The stickers must be applied manually, bottle by bottle, before the goods can be put on the shelves legally .
