Housing prices continue to rise

House prices fell by 0.1 per cent in September. Adjusted for seasonal variations, prices rose by 0.9 percent.

– Housing prices in September this year decreased nominally by 0.1 percent compared with August, this according to Property Norway at a press conference on Wednesday.

Adjusted for seasonal adjustments prices rose by 0.9 percent. House prices in the last 12 months show an increase of 10 percent.

Housing prices rose the most in Oslo and Hamar with a rise of 1.3 and 0.5 percent.

the Weakest development was in Stavanger and Sandnes with a decline of 1.2 percent.
9,352 homes were sold last month.
