Wilh. Wilhelmsen ASA have made an agreement with Rederi AB Soya and Wallenius Lines AB to establish a new company.
The new company is to be called Wallenius Wilhelmsen Logistic ASA, a giant in ro-ro (freighter rolling vehicle).
The new company will be listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange and the headquarters will be Norway, said in a stock exchange announcement.
The two companies plan to own 40 percent each in the new company. The final terms of the agreement will be ready before year’s end.
