Russian authorities have given the Norwegian airline permission to fly over the country on the route between Oslo and Bangkok.

Russia has rejected several applications from the airline during the past two years to use this route, wrote Dagens Næringsliv.

The earlier applications could have been rejected partly because of the company’s practice of hiring both the aircraft and its crew.
