The airline Norwegian is considering starting cheap flights to Argentina.

Over the weekend, Norwegian CEO Bjorn Kjos met the Transport Minister and Minister of Tourism in Argentina, writes E24. In an interview with the website Bloomberg, he revealed that Norwegian Airline may start flights from Buenos Aires to Oslo, London, and Paris over the next year.
Kjos also says that domestic air services to the country’s second city Cordoba could be a possibility, and has spoken to the authorities in the Chilean capital Santiago about possible routes.
Norwegian will not comment on details, according to E24. The company writes in an email to the online newspaper that no decisions have been made yet, but that South America is one of the markets the company is considering.
