After a spring and summer with a large rise in the OBOS homes were cut growth per square meter of 0.1 percent in October.
Growth is calculated from the average square meter price of existing OBOS-related properties in the Oslo area.
In October the average was at 61.025 million, 0.1 percent higher than in September. The incision is 23.7 percent higher than the same time last year.
– This is a natural leveling off of prices after a year of very strong price increase, says communications director of Åge Pettersen OBOS.
So far this year, prices of existing OBOS-related properties in the Oslo area have increased by 24.4 percent.
In October OBOS had over 400,000 members. The number 400,000 member who happened to be GudbrandsGard was congratulated with flowers and gifts when she joined.
