Never before has Real estate brokers registered as high prices of three-room apartments in Oslo and Romerike as September.
– We have never seen such high average rents for three-room apartments in Oslo and Romerike.
It is far more two-room apartments than three-room on the market, says Vibecke Light Augdal, CEO of Utleiemegleren, in a statement.
She says that three-room apartments are high values in the market.
On average, it costs 9.170 kroner per month to rent a studio in Oslo, while a two-room costs 11,996 kroner. A three-room costs 15,659 kroner, according to figures from Real Estate Brokers.
Compared with the same month last year, it increased by 5.4 percent. Also at Romerike is registered price record for three-room apartments in September.
