Ryanair passengers have reacted to the airline who has withdrawn the aircraft seat fee from their account without permission.

Ryanair sent an email to customers in June and warned that the company was going to withdraw 80 kroner in aircraft seat fees from each passenger who has booked a ticket. The fee is deducted from the same account as the ticket is paid with, wrote newspaper Nettavisen.

This fee is deducted from the customer’s account without their consent, unless customers are canceling the entire trip. Then they get the full amount back.

– I embarked for the trip to Poland with the family. The total extra bill from Ryanair 640 kroner, and the amount has already been deducted from the card, says Kathrine Spange Brekke said.
