85% of those who could have been in work say that the reason why they are not is health, according to YS’s Labour Barometer for 2018.

According to the survey, which includes both people in and outside the workplace, poor health is the main reason why people are outside the labour market, NRK news reported.

YS leader, Jorunn Berland, believes we should be busy ensuring good working environments in vulnerable industries instead of forcing the sick back into work.
