Telenor has signed a resignation agreement with CFO Richard Olav Aa and judicial manager Pål Wien Espen due to the Vimpelcom case.
The resignation agreement was announced just after the law firm Deloitte Friday submitted its final report on Telenor’s management of ownership in Vimpelcom. None of the Telenor employees were found to have participated in corruption or other offenses, but the report reveals weaknesses within Telenor, according to Telenor.
CFO Richard Olav Aa retired from his position on 11 November 2015, said Telenor.
The report will be presented at a press conference at Telenor on Friday
