A 18 year old man lost his driver’s license on the spot after he drove the 162 km / h in a 80 zone on E10.

The 18-year-old was stopped in a speed control on Lofast stretch in Nordland and Troms late Friday night.
“He had the license for just over one month. When you have a speed of 162 km / h it takes little more for a serious accident to occur. The stretch the man drove on is also very busy,” said operations Frode policeman Strende in Midtre Hålogaland NRK news.

Lately added many young motorists in that police district have lost their license after having had it for a short time, according to the Operations Officer.
“We have taken many who have had driving license for a month and less than six months,” says Strende.
He considers the result of Friday’s speed control discouraging.
“27 drivers received fines for riding too fast, which is unusually many,” says the operational manager.
In April, a 18-year-old in Tromso lost his certificate only one hour after passing the driving test. He was stopped at 84 km / h in a 50 zone.
