Norwegian camp sites have made 141 million  kroner in profits from contracts with Directorate of Immigration (UDI) as a result of the asylum influx last year.

Camp sites earned 64 million this year and 77 million last year from housing asylum seekers, Dagen writes .
However, all UDI  contracts with camp sites have now been terminated, according to the newspaper.

UDI stated earlier in July that the number of asylum seekers to Norway has fallen by two-thirds, compared to the first half of last year. A total 1678 people applied for asylum in Norway from January until 30th June this year.
