Attorney Øystein Storrvik has regular meetings with Anders Behring Breivik in Skien prison, but will not say anything about the condition  of his client.  On Tuesday next week the case Breivik has brought against the state will start.
– It will be difficult for me to say anything about his condition. You will be able to see for yourself how he appears physically when the case starts. We are claiming that he has been damaged by being isolated and that this in turn has lead to him interrupting his studies, says Storrvik, who  met Breivik this Monday.
Health professionals however have concluded that Breivik has not been damaged by being isolated, according to NRK. In a report the channel has got access to, he is described has as having shown signs of instability at times and exhibiting aberrant behavior, but that there is no fundamental change in his mental health.
– These are conditions that we will be returning to  during the actual trial. I’m taken aback that this document has ended up at NRK and wonder how and why this happened,  Marius Emberland at the Attorney General says. He does not want to make any further comments on the issue.
