“What is the EU?” That is a question a great many googling Brits have asked the day after the fateful referendum.

According to Google the question was the second most frequent on the EU among British googlers on Friday.
Among other issues that the British sought answers to was: “What does it mean to leave the EU?” And “What will happen when we have left the EU?”

The news that a majority of voters voted that the country is to leave the EU, came as a shock to the outside world. Now it may look as if also the British themselves are a bit shocked. Some voters have said they regret that they voted for leaving the EU.
– Although I voted for withdrawal, I woke this morning and reality hit me. If I had had the opportunity to vote again, it would be to remain,  a woman to says to the news channel ITV News.
