Charter trips to Turkey next week are not yet canceled. Informed the largest Norwegian travel agencies.

The agencies Star Tour, Apollo and Ving said to NTB that charter trips to Turkey will go as planned next week.

– We will cancels the trips if travel advice remains as it is right now, but this could change, said Nora Aspengren of Star Tour.

The travel agency had to cancel trips to Turkey Saturday and Sunday because the Foreign Ministry advised against trips to Turkey that are not strictly necessary.

– We now see that Denmark, for example, has changed its travel advice and no longer is discouraging people who want to go to Turkey. This may also change in Norway too. Thus, we aren’t cancelling trips at this time, informed Aspengren.

Apollo and Ving also has several planned trips to Turkey in the next week, and they also do not intend to cancel journeys yet.
Norway’s Foreign Ministry informed NTB that the travel advice is assessed continuously.
