On Wednesday, Crown Prince Haakon inaugurated the international educational festival named ‘Inspiring Learning Life’ at Sundvollen in the municipality of Hole.

Over 200 participants and representatives from different learning environments both home and abroad gathered at Sundvolden Hotel this week to explore and develop new ways of learning together.
During the opening of the festival “Inspiring Learning Life”, crown prince especially talked about how it is to be young in Norway today. He spoke among other things about the pressures that the youths face from various quarters and also about depression.
– I think this is worrying and that is one reason why it is so important to work together in order to find the strengths of the individual. Everyone has a place in society, and everyone has something to contribute, said the crown prince.
One of the organizers behind the festival is the Institute of Work in Buskerud, one of the numerous projects that the royal couple’s foundation collaborates with.
