Telenor customers can again call as usual via the mobile network after many customers across the country had difficulty calling for about three hours Monday.

The error arose around 11:15 on Monday morning and affected about 30 percent of Telenor’s customers, who experienced not being able to make calls with their phone.

On the company’s Facebook page clients wrote across the country that they had problems with both make and receive calls.

At14.06 Telenor said that the error was corrected and that mobile traffic was back to normal.

– The error was corrected immediately after 14:00. It is just too early to determine why this happened, but we have been working overtime all the time to find out where the fault is, says director Tormod Sandstø in Telenor Norway.

He regrets the problems the fault has created for the company’s customers.
Normal data traffic, mobile data, FaceTime, Skype and voice over 4G went as normally.
