A number of alien drones flew over the area in Troms where Army, Garden and National Guard participated in the defense exercise Rein 2 together with American soldiers.
– We do not want to go out with the exact figure, but we have done more than ten sightings of unidentified drones.
The observations made over the exercise area of ??Bjerkvik to Nordkjosbotn, said Army Spokesman Ole Johan Skogmo to newspaper Nordlys.
Armed Forces do not know who they flew alien drones or why they were in the airspace above the area where the exercise took place.
Around 5,000 Norwegian soldiers and 200 US Marines infantry participated in the two-week Rein 2 exercise which started on November 14th, according to Nye Troms.
It can be about prying drone enthusiasts, but the defense does not preclude foreign organizations or countries were behind.
The drones have photographed and filmed the military training activity, reported NRK news.
Defense ministry look very seriously at the incident and has enabled Police Security Service (PST) in the investigations of the activity.
Drones are divided into three categories: under 2.5 kg, under 25 kg and over 25 kg.
– It’s all about drones of varying sizes. It is difficult to know exactly, but as far as we know, we are not talking about the kind of drones usually shoot down fighters, says Skogmo.
