Four Germans rescued from cliff in Odda

Four German tourists were rescued Saturday from a cliff of approximately 70-80 meters in height at Odda in Hordaland. They had been stuck there since Friday night.

Three men and a woman aged 26 to 29 were stuck in the mountains on Råsena, according to the newspaper Bergens Tidende.

– They seem to be in good shape, which is very good, said police the leader on site, Vidar Litlekalsøy, Saturday morning to the newspaper.

Police received The visitors’ GPS position and sent out Red Cross crews to get them down safely.
