Former presidential candidate and US Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton, coming to Norway to attend the Women’s Day celebrations on March 8.
Clinton will attend an event organized by BI Norwegian Business School, according to Dagens Næringsliv. Also the Labor Party Deputy Chairman Hadia Tajik participates.
Hillary Clinton was the Democrats’ presidential candidate for the 2016 election, but lost to Donald Trump.
She was America’s first lady between 1993 and 2001 when her husband Bill Clinton was president. From 2001 to 2009, she was a Senator and the Secretary of State for President Barack Obama in 2009 to 2013.
