Police have arrested four suspects after an employee at a newsstand at Grensen in Oslo was beaten up by two men on Thursday.

The incident occurred when the store employees caught two men in the act of stealing from the shop. The two men responded by giving the man a beating before they left the scene.
– We got a call from the employee at 1.47. He explained that he had just been assaulted by two men. He had seen them stealing, and they flew upon him and beat him so that he fell on the floor. Then they ran out of the kiosk, towards the parliament area,  operations manager Tor Jøkling of the Oslo police said.
One hour later the police arrested four people at a hotel nearby.
