Immigration and Integration Minister Sylvi Listhaug (Progress) has decided to run as a candidate for the progress party at the next parliamentary election, the newspaper Dagbladet writes.
– My personal choice is also about me being involved in influencing how Norway should look like in the future. That is important for my children and for everyone I care about.
I have concluded that I want to be able to influence this, Listhaug says.
Listhaug had announced that she would decide on whether or not to run during August.
