A 21 years old man from Bergen is charged with three counts of sexual activity with a 13 years old girl in December 2014.
– It is a serious matter, says acting Attorney May-Britt Erstad, who recently took out the indictment in the case, to the newspaper Bergens Tidende.
The minimum punishment is three years in prison if he would be found guilty of what he is accused of.
The formal penalty is ten years.

The case began when the girl’s mother in December 2014 contacted the police and reported 13 years old girl is missed.
The girl was found then in the 19 years old man’s apartment.
The prosecutor says that 21 years old have not taken a position in interrogation on the question of culpability.
The man’s lawyer, Amund Bjørnsen, would not comment on the matter starting in Bergen District Court just after New Year.
