Man charged with attempted poisoning of a fellow student

A male student at the Nansen Academy in Lillehammer has been put in custody for three weeks, charged with the attempted poisoning of a fellow student.
The police arrived on the scene Friday after having been notified of a probable attempted poisoning by a student at the school.
The paramedics drove the victim to the hospital where he received treatment. He was discharged the next day, and he’s now in good shape,  police lawyer Jacob Bergh Jacobsen at the Innland police district said.
Another student at the school, a man in his early 20s, was arrested and charged the same day.
– He is charged with attempted serious bodily injury, said the police lawyer.The suspect was produced for remand in South Gudbrandsdal District Court Monday. The police upheld the request for three weeks imprisonment, said Bergh Jacobsen.
