Man found dead in a pool at fitness center in Asker
A man was found lifeless in a pool at a fitness center in Asker on Thursday afternoon. Resuscitation was attempted, but the man was later confirmed dead.
Relatives have been notified of the death on Friday morning, the newspaper Budstikka writes. The police do not know the cause of death. The man was in his 30s.
“Actic Asker is temporarily closed. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause,” the fitness center wrote on Facebook after the incident on Thursday.
Several police cars and ambulances rushed to the fitness center in Asker on Thursday afternoon. There were no witnesses to the incident, and the man was discovered by another person at the center.
