Large parts of the country have experienced pretty summer weather lately, but this weekend Northern Norway will get summer temperatures. In southern Norway, autumn is approaching.

According to meteorological department it could be as much as up to and over 20 degrees in some places in Northern Norway, and the temperature will mostly be between 15 and 20 degrees in several places. The hot air is heading north, accompanied by sunshine, while Southern Norway should plan on rain – and west coast on continued rain.

Unstable

According to state meteorologist Magnus Ovhed will be mostly nice and warm in Nordland both Friday and Saturday. But it can also experience some rain. In Troms and Finnmark the weatherman announced long periods of sunshine until Sunday and temperatures of 15-20 degrees.
Precipitation will mostly stay away, except for Sunday.
– On Sunday there is a great risk of a bit more unstable weather, according to yr.no

Wet Western Norway

A low pressure by Iceland is why Southern Norway can expect decreasing temperatures and more precipitation. In Western Norway it will rain outside next week, but with periods of dry weather and some sun.

Temperatures will sink down toward and below 15 degrees. From Southern and against Trøndelag there will be the same kind of weather with cooler temperatures and rain showers.
In Eastern Norway the weekend will also be marked by squall weather.

Friday night and early Saturday it will ease slightly, but on Saturday and Sunday it will be damp and cloudy across the line. Also in Eastern Norway the temperature will fall by several degrees. Local fog may occur.
