After a busy Wednesday, Maundy Thursday was a quieter day with fewer skiers on the mountain , Red Cross said.
18 o’clock on Thursday 21 fetching missions were carried out on behalf of the emergency service and two searches on behalf of the police, Egil Torpe, who is duty manager at the Red Cross’ information center on Golsfjellet says.
– This Easter Red Cross has made 114 fetching mission and 16 searches in total, Torpe says.
The number of injuries is still slightly higher than last year. So far 452 injuries have been reported this Easter, 111 of them on Thursday.
