One person was killed and two are seriously injured after a foreign tourist bus from Ukraine went off the road in Valldal near More and Romsdal.
About 40 people were involved in the accident in Valldal, police in More and Romsdal reported on Twitter.
– One person is confirmed dead. Two are seriously injured, wrote police.
At least five people were taken to hospital after the accident. The other passengers were sent to Valldal, where the recovery team in the municipality were waiting, NRK reported.
The news of the accident came Saturday afternoon. Several people were trapped inside the bus after it ran off of road in Gudbrandsjuvet.
– There is a foreign tourist bus that has run off the road, said operations manager Arild Reite of Romsdal police.
According to the newspaper VG the bus was from Ukraine. It should have been on his way to Trollstigen.
Norwegian County Road 63 at Grønning in Valldalen is closed due to the accident, said Statens Vegvesen.
