One Lithuanian received eight years in prison for smuggling amphetamines

A 44 year old Lithuanian is sentenced to eight years in prison for smuggling amphetamines. He was stopped nearby Kongsvinger last year.

The man did not acknowledge guilt in Glåmdal Court but he admitted that he had made up to 40 kilograms of hashish, written newspaper Glåmdalen.

The driver was stopped on North Senga in Kongsvinger on November 24th last year. After closer inspection it turned out that two spare tires man had with him contained nearly with 28 kilograms packages of amphetamines.

The man sentenced to be in prison for 229 days counted from the time he has been in custody. The man has lost his permit in Norway forever.
