An Oslo man has been accused of internet assaults of 53 girls between 12 and 17 years.

The 27-year-old man is charged with intimidation, rape, and abuse of girls across the country, NRK reports. The abuse allegedly took place over a period of two years.
Attorney Anders Mandal Funnemark says there is talk of a comprehensive case with serious sexual offenses.
“Among other things, there are 16 cases of rape or attempted rape,” said Funnemark.
27-year-old had pretended to be a russ and promised the girls that they would party on a russ bus. The Oslo man worked as an activity director at a school, but none of the victims are of elementary school age.
The defendant has acknowledged the relationships in interrogation, and was indicted Tuesday.
