A 21 years old man was seriously injured when he was stabbed in the back with a knife at the railway station in Stavanger on Sunday morning.

No one has been arrested for the crime so far, but the police are looking for the man they believe is the culprit.
The victim was transported to Stavanger University Hospital, who report that he is seriously injured, but that his condition is stable.
South West police says to NTB that they do not know the cause of the incident, which was reported at 5:09.
After viewing pictures of CCTV from the current location and questioning several witnesses the police think they know who the perpetrator is, writes Stavanger Aftenblad.
– We’ve searched for this person all day and checked all known addresses, but have not succeeded in finding him,  police lawyer Anne Mette Dale said.
The man the police are looking for is in  his early 20s and familiar to the police.
