Rigorous imprisonment for drug smuggling

A German and three Albanians are sentenced to prison terms from four to seven years and two months for smuggling cocaine into Norway.

Norwegian customs officials at the border crossing in Svinesund found twelve kilograms of cocaine in the car for a 59 years old German when they stopped the car on April 14th last year.

The following day, three Albanians on 27, 32 and 34 years arrested in Oslo, wrote the newspaper Aftenposten.

German persuaded to cooperate with the police after being arrested and helped the Albanians were arrested. While the German received four years in prison Albanians sentenced respectively to five years and five months, six years, seven years and two months’ imprisonment.

Coiling of the Albanian drug gang, according to the newspaper contributed to arrest of several Albanians in Oslo and the seizure of nine kilograms of heroin and even a kilo of cocaine.
