Several aircrafts lost in a fire at Skien Airport Geiteryggen

Several aircrafts have been lost in a fire in a hangar at Skien Airport Geiteryggen, Thursday morning.

No injuries reported.
Emergency services who plucked out of the fire at time 00:23 on Thursday morning.
It burns in a hangar with several older aircraft that belong to a flying club.
Several aircrafts have been lost, but we do not know how many. It burns still on place, but it should be no spread threat.
“No injuries in the fire”, operations manager Jørn Gustav Larsen in Southeast police reported to NTB, shortly before two o’clock.
The police are searching the area in watchdogs to check if someone has gone in or out of the area.
It is too early to say anything about the fire cause either where it had started. Larsen added.
We the Police and the fire department both are still working on the area. Operations Officer said. The municipally owned airport used for air sports too.
There were no passenger to/from Geiteryggen since last June. Then let Widerøe down its route to Bergen.
