After having spoken to  Barack Obama at the banquet at the White House Friday night,  Prime Minister Erna Solberg concludes that the President is concerned with the Nordic countries.

-This has been a very good day for us. It has shown our mutual interests, and what we stand for. It has also shown what Obama and the United States stands for, and that they have a strong connection to Europe and our situation, “said Solberg to news agency NTB.
Late Friday night, she finished a celebratory dinner hosted by the  presidential couple .The dinner marked the end of a long day for the five Nordic heads of State leaders who had been invited to the White House to discuss security and defense policy.
-The dinner was very nice. I got the chance to talk to Obama about the developments in the United States, and he wanted to know more about the developments in our country. And then we also talked about a little bit about subjects that had nothing to with  politics, ” Solberg said.
