Prime Minister Erna Solberg and Minister of Transport Ketil Solvik-Olsen went Sunday to Voss to have a close look into the slide that went over E16 earlier this week.

– The scene made an impression that there has been a serious landslide. It shows how big the power of nature is, and there is much more that must be taken away. It was nice to get a briefing from the Road Administration and those working to secure the area, says Solberg to NTB after the inspection on Sunday.

E16 was reopened on Sunday at 14 O’clock to the traffic after the big slide happened near Hyvings tunnel at Bolstad Voss on Wednesday morning.
