Under the Conservative national convention in April, several party heads were sent secret government memos on the Military’s  long-term plans from an unknown sender. Prime Minister Erna Solberg says the leak creates difficulties.

– That people want to affect a government and a national congress is not unnatural, but we’re used to people who  want to influences doing this under their own, full name, not anonymously . That this is done anonymously and in this form, with documents that should not be disclosed, is something new Solberg told VG, which were the first newspaper to report the leak.

Prime Minister believes the security breach is worrying.
– It affects the internal cooperation and make it more difficult to work confidently together.

Solberg said that there was no information in the   documents that could damage national security .

The email, which included six government notes, was sent to the  leaders of the  county divisions of the Conservative party   and people at the Congress who had been involved in the defense debate, just hours before the congress was to adopt a statement on the economy of the Military and a long-term plan.
