The gymnasium in Skien prison will become the most secure courtroom in Norway

In  a month  the gymnasium in Skien prison will be turned into what  probably is the safest courtroom in the  Norwegian history. Then  the lawsuit of Anders Behring Breivik  against the state will start.

It is mainly for security and practical reason that the Oslo District Court will be moved two the high security prsion in Skien, where Anders Behring Breivik is serving titme, when the court is to consider his  lawsuit against  the state for  violations of human rights.
In the summoning he complains, among other things about the use of handcuffs and limited opportunities of sending letters, and argues that the isolation and strict control of communation in particular represent  a violation of human rights
Breivik is serving a sentence of 21 years detention, with a minimum term of 10 years after the bombing of the government building and mass murder of Utøya on 22 July 2011. A total of 77 people were killed in the attacks.
