A 22 years old man in Asker and Bærum District Court was sentenced to three and a half years in prison for having sexual relations with a boy of six years.
After staying with his girlfriend in Bærum last summer the man was assaulting her six years old brother, according to the verdict.
His parents had traveled to work and her she went to the hairdresser when 22 years old assaulted the little boy, writes Budstikka.

The boy was in two judicial examinations after the event and these were played in court.
22 years old was in 2010 convicted of the sexual act with a five yeasr old boy, something the court cites the aggravating circumstance. The court found no mitigating circumstances.
In addition to the prison sentence the 22 years old man must pay 100,000 kroner in damages compensation to the boy.
