A 31-year-old man from Romania denied guilt when he met in Agder High Court on the charges of murdering Magne Sigmund Hanssen in Skien in 2013.

Magne Sigmund Hansen (61) was killed in his own home in Skien in April 2013. He was found in Gunneklevfjord in late May of that year.

Two other Romanians are already sentenced to prison for 13 years and six years and three months for the murder. The man who now appears in court, was arrested in Austria last June. He acknowledged no guilt when he appeared in court Tuesday, writes Varden.

The 31-year-old was in February sentenced to eleven years in prison Lower Telemark District Court for murder. This judgment was appealed.

Six days are set for the matter. The two Romanians convicted in the case, will both testify.
