A man in his late 50s was seriously injured after his stabbing in an apartment in Stavanger, said Helse Stavanger. Two people were arrested in an armed action

Stavanger Police caught the suspect 10pm Tuesday night outsidr of a housing estate after reports of the stabbed man, wrote Aftonbladet.

– It was a known address for us, we’ve been there before. We chose to arm ourselves, says operations manager Kjetil Føyen of South Western Police District.

– Inside the apartment we found a man in his late 50s who was seriously injured after a stabbing, he said.

The man was rushed to the Stavanger University Hospital. Technicians worked Tuesday night to secure track and take the necessary samples for evidence.

Police have started investigations and will conduct interrogations
