Ukrainian President to Norway next week
Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko will pay an official visit to Norway next week.
The Ukrainian president’s press service, Ukrinform, said that Porosjenko will be on an official visit on Tuesday the 18th of October.
The President will have meetings with Prime Minister Erna Solberg, the Norwegian Parliament Olemic Thommessen, and also have an audience with King Harald, the statement said.
Communications Director Guri Solberg from the Foreign Ministry confirms that Porosjenko is coming to Norway, but says that the Prime Minister’s office will have more information about the program Thursday.
Ukrinform writes that the aim of the visit is also to strengthen economic cooperation between Ukraine and Norway.
