Nearly 3.3 million television viewers followed the summer’s roller races.

Overall, eight days with roller races aired on NRK’s Oslo ski show Toppidrettsveka og Blink festival. Most interest was for Lysebotn run, part of the Ski Festival BLINK, on Friday the 29th of July. There were 528,000 viewers in front of the television for this event.

– Cross country skiing is almost as important for broadcast during the summer as in winter. We are proud of the product we have, and we’ve had great viewership in prime time on NRK television. This shows the popularity, says coach Vidar Løfshus.

The eight days of roller races on television ended with a total of 3.292 million viewers.
